From 1998 to 2006, a tap bulletin (in Portuguese) was sent to more than 1500 tap dancers in Brazil (in almost 200 cities) and Brazilians all over the world. After more than 500 tap-emails sent, a blog was created in June 2006. The blog talks about tap events in Brazil, tap news, and even notes about other dances. The blog of Divulgando o Sapateado Por Aí (something like “Spreading Tap Dance Everywhere”) is at: divulgandotap.blogspot.com. More than 1200 posts were published in one year. Tradicional Divulgando’s web site is at: www.geocities.com/divulgando. We invite everyone to visit us, even if you don’t understand Portuguese. Our Brazilian best wishes.

A Great Metronome For Tap DancersThe Tama Rhythm Watch RW105 metronome is a great choice for tap dancers. For one thing, it’s built-in sound is loud enough to hear even when you’re really hitting the boards. That’s because the RW100, unlike most other metronomes, is specially designed for drummers. More info is available at Tama’s web site… |
