After a short while impossible to predict – the monitors stop responding to touch input. If the USB device t2250mt down, touching the screen will not re-enable touch input.
iiyama ProLite TMTS-1 Specs – CNET
From this lrolite on the issue with the monitor, it never came back and it is still working fine now. Option 2 is alienating the staff have to restart using solely a keyboard.
I also asked Iiyama and they told me that I have to install their drivers too but I could not find any install files. I have the same issue occurring. A little more info here.

You can’t adjust the height, but it tilts and swivels. There is nothing consistent about the error. Check that you have the latest USB drivers for the port the screen is connected to and that the USB touch input device is not set to be powered off to save power.
As the monitors are in cabinets and the PC’s are in a ceiling space – option 1 is not practical. I have no idea why it’s still working and I know I’m not much of help to you now but I’ve read all posts here and felt bad that you have still those stupid problems.
I would try this before you buy another screen.
I have found the problem is the same on other Acer devices Gilbert van Haasen Replied on August 2, I have tried a fresh PC, reinstalled the OS from scratch, changed anti virus, contacted the manufacturer, no help really. I am running two Acer machines and two Fujitsu machines, both are having problems. I have tried a fresh prolkte with the manufacturers version of Win7. As you can imagine I also reinstalled Windows 7 again from scratch on a brand new ssd.
