Tap Legend Arhtur Duncan, who thrilled millions tap dancing on the Lawrence Welk show and has a lifetime of entertainment experience, will headline Rosie Radiator's National Tap Day in San Francisco on May 25th, 2007. The 2004 Flo-Bert Award winner for Lifetime Achievement of Tap Artistry and 2005 Living Treasure in American Dance Award winner is currently in negotiations for three starring movie rolls.
