Sorry for the trouble I’ve been to Belkins web site and it has no drivers for this card. You shouldn’t need any driver for the camera. This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. It keeps searching forever and the computer freezes. The first message says: Remove all instances of the device, reboot.
I’ve plugged it in all PCI slots but nothing happens. So I would say that the problem is resolved.
After trying everything, almost, I decided to buy another card. Am I doing something wrong? Ask a Question Usually answered in minutes! Verify the card is fully inserted in the PCI slot.

I restart the computer normally after these 10 minutes. Am I missing something? This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
